We are a small studio pottery and are open by appointment only. If you wish to visit us please use the contact page to make sure we are available and not busy being creative or running a class.

If for any reason you need to cancel your pottery course please contact us through the website contact page. Please do not consider your booking cancelled until you have received a confirmation reply from us.

Refunds:

More than 14 days notice: Full refund or free reschedule.

7 - 14 days notice: 50% refund, or free reschedule.

Less than 7 days notice: No refund, but we will try to offer a reschedule if possible.

No-shows: No refund or reschedule.

If we must cancel a session (e.g. illness, equipment failure), you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
